Flutter - Fixing Alt+Enter Quick Action Shortcut in IDE

For some reason, Alt+Enter stopped working one day out of nowhere. No matter what I tried, it wouldn't come back.

So I switched to VS Code, and everything works fine.

In VS Code, the equivalent of Alt+Enter is Cmd+. on macOS.
